Shipping policy
We endeavour to process orders the same business day when they are submitted before 3:30pm. However, all orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Once the item has been shipped the delivery time relies on the courier selected at checkout. We work closely with our delivery suppliers to ensure that all our medical stock is treated with priority. If you have any concerns with your parcel being delayed please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to help with any queries.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs can depend on the weight and size of items in your order, however only applicable shipping options will be displayed to you at checkout.
Local delivery
Same day* local delivery is available for orders over £300 within [Kent & Sussex]. For orders under £300, we charge £34.99 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 8:00am-8:00pm everyday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We can offer international shipping however payment will be required in full for the complete order before items are shipped. Please contact Leon from our Sales team to find out more about international shipping at Leon@ExcessMedicalStock.com.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Excess Medical Stock Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@ExcessMedicalStock.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
